The property manager was so helpful. We had missed our flight so the booking was last minute but the communication to get the key was really quick. She was also really helpful in advising us on where we could get food from and allowing us to book an extra hour in the morning because my son was ill.

    The hotel was very clean and the housemaids were in the room everyday with fresh towels. The location is ok for everybody, if you are with the car they have free parking in front also. If you don’t come by car we will have the metro which is close and in 15 min you are Placa de Espana

    The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic location, easy to travel into the centre. Great for kids and we had our dog too. Great food, fantastic breakfast & great family fun - very clean, excellent. Sone of the staff lacked a bit of friendliness & occasionally not helpful. Particularly when asking for extra pillows, (there are just 1 each) and coffee fir the room & a table at dinner. However, we would definitely stay again - really beautiful hotel!

    I liked how clean and nice the hotel was. There is a very nice shopping centre less than 5 min walk from it and the overall location of the hotel is very clean. But I loved the staff the most. They were very friendly, explained everything, they had a lot of patience, and showed us the best places to go.
