She has to be one of the most accomodating, helpful, patient and considerate hosts I have ever dealt with. I arrived later than expected as I was walking the Camino, on a very wet day, and the kitchen was technically closed. This wasn't a problem; she created a most welcomed meal for me. We were walking the Camino del Norte and it is only a 500m detour off route AND the next morning you can take a private track into town that saves you doubling back.
