Casa Iaia is one of the best place that I have live in. Home owner name this place Casa Iaia (means grandma) cause it was his grandma’s home built in the 1940-50’s. He is very caring, check in before we arrive, gave us instructions on how to get there, check us in when we arrive at 9pm. There was one morning we woke up in the mist, a-bit disappointed with the weather. He texted us not to worry with the weather as it is just low mist, the weather is great at the peak of Montserrat. We did what he suggested and we were rewarded with a sea of clouds right below us. He made one of the best day of our trip. All I can say is he is really a friendly, great host. He cares for us so much that we felt home away from home. Thank you Pere!

Hotel Masia Can Farres was beyond beautiful. When we arrived we were in shock at the scenery of which it is located and how carefully designed every detail is inside and outside this hotel. The room itself was spacious, bright and airy. Comfortable beds. Nice TV. Lovely linens. The bathtub for soaking is amazing paired with Rituals toiletries make it just divine!! All the staff we encountered were lovely and recommended restaurants etc nearby. My toddler loved the chickens outside! Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Feel very lucky we got to stay here during our trip and there wasn't a wedding on but what a stunning venue for a wedding it would be. Highly recommended and I hope someday to return.

    Owner was super flexible with our arrival tome- our flight was delayed by 4 hours and we arrived in the middle of the night, the owner was in touch with us through this whole ordeal and adjusted our arrival time on the go.

    The location was perfect for visiting Monserrat. We took the funicular up and walked down with splendid views. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The accomadation was a modernised home that retained the charm of its past. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking while the small town had a number of restaurants to choose from. The bed was very comfortable.

    Casa Iaia was very clean and confortable. The location was very good to visit Montserrat mountain and monastery. The town is small and beautiful. The house have had everything you need to cook, was very clean, also there are some table games and toys. I will recommend.
