The house looks just lovely in its location. Our room on the ground floor was very nice and comfortable, with a great view on the surrounding lawns and fields from our window and terrace. The breakfast was very good; the hotel provides pre-printed notes with items to choose from to avoid food waste (with regard to the choices of bread it could be made clearer that the items to choose from, like croissants and so on, are additional to the several sorts of bread that are available at the buffet anyway). We will certainly choose Villa Walbaum again if we ever come back to this region.

Guillaume and Benjamin are just the nicest people we have ever met. They made us welcome from day 1 of our 7 night stay, recommended and helped us book restaurants and canoeing and made our stay special. The suite was beautiful, spacious and spotless and it felt like home. The breakfast was excellent with little touches added to make it special. They spoke French with us patiently allowing us to try and reply but also spoke English when it was all too much. a wonderful stay with truly wonderful hosts. We will definitely be returning.     The location is amazing, calm, nice, with a big garden, a cosy and beautiful space with swimming pool and pool area. Loved it!! We loved the different terraces, places to sit in the sun. The village is very close to all commodities and places to visit around. The 3 restaurants of the village are also worth dining at:)

    Almost everything, the hosts were amazing though didn’t speak a word of English (we didn’t speak a word of French either) but we managed to make that work. Location was beautiful, apartment beautiful, restaurant downstairs amazing!
