The hotel is an old villa with just a few rooms and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Our room was on the top floor with a view of the garden. The beds were very comfortable, with the windows closed you couldn't hear the street at all and the AC worked perfectly and cooled nicely without blowing cold air. Everything was very clean, the shower was very modern and the whole hotel is a gem. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk within 5 minutes to the beach with fine powdery sand and crystal clear turquoise sea. The train and bus station for excursions to Nice, Cannes etc and many good restaurants are also very close. The stay with Marion and Philipp was wonderful. They are such friendly, helpful and lovely hosts, you feel so welcome and warmly received. If you go to Juan-les-Pins, you should stay at Hotel Alexandra!

The apartment is very spacious and has great light and views in all rooms. There are good facilities in the vacinity such as bakers across the road and a well stocked grocery next door. Natalie the host was extremely helpful, and even allowed us to enter the apartment an hour earlier than previous agreed. Light bright kitchen and a large wrap around terrace meant that we could enjoy time outside.

The apartment gave us everything we could ask for. The stay was amazing. Really close to the station making it ideal for travel, almost all facilities you could ask for are present. The host was also a clear highlight, although we never met him personally. He was almost 24/7 available for our questions and thought with us on several requests in a timely and detailed manor. I can't recommend this apartment enough for anyone wanting to visit the region.

Well furnished and well equipped apartment with spacious terrace at the top floor near the embankment of Juan les Pins. We really enjoyed our breakfasts on the sunny terrace and had a great time here in the evenings with a glass of wine and long conversations. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. And a very welcome and caring host, Guy, and his assistant, Amanda, whom we are really thankful for their help and care!

    We loved this hotel and are planning on going back. The location was only a 10 min walk from the seafront and the restaurants. The pool and bar were nice and clean, snacks were good. The room was spotlessly clean although not the biggest, the bed was very comfortable although that is subjective of course. The shower room was superb and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
