Clean, comfortable, especially the beds and bedlinen, and very good self service breakfast. What sets it apart in particular are the owners for whom no request is too much. They were available during our stay without being overwhemingly present. Their story and the story of the castle (and its renovation) is well worth your time, so is Hervé wine tasting (with his own selection of local wines). Special shout out to the decoration and the subtle touches of humour that are spread throughout the property :-).
