We were given a very warm welcome by Evelyne. Our room had its own entrance from the street and a terrace to sit outside. There was a very well equipped kitchen for our use. Breakfast was very delicious and generous with local produce. We reserved an evening meal and highly recommend it. Pascal prepared us the first class meal.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. Allison gave us a warm welcome, and the place was cozy and clean. The homemade breakfast was delicious and really added to the experience. We felt completely at home – or even better! The location is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s right by the river, making it the ideal spot to relax and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend it!

Chateau de Champblanc is an amazing place. It is an old chateau, just outside the city of Cognac. It is furnished in classic style that matches perfectly the atmosphe of the chateau. A warm welcome, a very specious room and extremely comfortable beds make us want to come back again. The breakfast is French style, but never have seen so much choice of tea, honey and mermelade for breakfast. For us this was the second stay here. Next time we will come a little longer. Cognac is just around the corner and stying in Champblanc is a true pleasure.

    Excellent location, close to Jarnac and Cognac and the pretty village of Bourg Charente, and we had a very warm welcome from the owner, Magali. The apartment was spacious and well appointed, extremely comfortable and very clean, perfect for our one night stay, but would be a great base for several days. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Magali, l’appartement est charmant.
