    This is an Ibis Budget hotel so it is essentially quite minimal. But it was comfortable and well managed, and on a vwery hot day the air con and blackout blind was very welcome The included breakfast was very good. The location was great - just off the main Rouen road, and a short walk to the regular trams into the centre of town

    Location was good very close to centre of Rouen. Free on site car parking which was a real bonus and big help. The price for 3 adults was super cheap.
