This spring we visited France for the first time. In our journey, of course, our stay with Ivan and Christophe in their castle occupies a special place. More precisely, we were guests, because it would be hard to call these hotel services: cordiality and hospitality, atmosphere and surroundings that emphasize with every smallest element that you are in a castle. The singing of birds during the day gives way to evening silence and tranquility. Around the castle there is a wonderful well-kept garden and a river that makes everything around stand still so as not to disturb your conversations by the fireplace. Christophe's excellent culinary skills were a great accord both to end the day and to start it in the morning. In the castle, a background music plays quietly, unobtrusively, chosen by Ivan’s refined taste. We traveled a lot, stayed a lot, not only in France, but this place fell into our hearts. Now, every time we visit Europe, we will try to find at least one day to visit Ivan and Christophe in their castle, to again feel this amazing atmosphere, hospitality, cordiality. Fabulous! I sincerely wish the guys success in their business! Well done

Perfectly placed for a nights rest driving back to the UK. We arrived late to receive warm welcome from Veronica. The place was beautifully presented and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed talking French to our hosts and other guests.

Very welcoming host, large room, bed and bathroom. Easy parking and good access to the autoroute. The evening meal was very good but maybe a little expensive. It is a useful overnight stop from Calais to the south coast and a nice change from the usual chain hotels.

The castle is amazing and has been very well refurbished. Even if it did not have air-conditioning, the temperature was just fine. We were able to take our dog, and she loved running around the vast property. You can also walk down to the river. From the swimming pool you have a lovely view of the castle. There is no restaurant, but if you ask, they can prepare you a few dishes that you can eat either inside or outside overlooking the grounds.

This was such a relaxing stop after travelling for a long while. The host was friendly and attentive. The house is in beautiful setting with nice detail. Very comfortable. The breakfast, snacks and drinks left were fantastic! Ae loved the home made jam and scones!

The gite is super clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and has all the commodities for a nice stay (lots of cutleries, washing machine, dishwasher, games...). It's a gite so think of bringing your own towels. We only spent one night but we wish we could have stayed longer. The sky by night with all the stars was wonderful. Our hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was EXTREMELY clean, comfortable and had everthing we needed. Fast internet/wifi. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice, small garden to sit in where we enjoyed the afternoon sun. No shops nearby so make sure you have everthing you need with you. Will definately be visiting again.

A great location. A beautiful house with exciting plans for the future. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of advice and help in finding local facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and included lots of local ingredients, some made at the property. A real treat.
