Wow!! Without a doubt, it was the best B&B we've ever stayed in. Susan's attention to detail is superb. From her initial welcome to our departure , nothing was overlooked or too much trouble. Beautifully clean rooms with all the extras you could wish for, an absolutely delicious, well presented, full English breakfast . Proper, home laundered bedding that smelt gorgeous, which complemented the most comfortable of beds. You get the picture, I could go on and on, but the best thing anyone can do is to pay Susan's place a visit!! You will not be disappointed!!

    Great location to stay when visiting Download Festival, about 15 ~ 20 mins away. Located just off the motorway junction 11, it is so easy to drive 3 junctions to the festival. Staff were excellent, very friendly, nothing was too much for them. Very clean room with towels changed daily. Breakfast included and a decent selection on offer. Pictures on Booking.com don't do it justice. Oh, and the meals in the bar were big tasty portions and the beer was a good pint.

    just stayed here for the weekend to visit the arboretum. fab hotel fab restaraunt with excellant value for money food. the staff very efficient and friendly .the hotel is spotlessly clean and is in a great location. as a family we couldnt have asked for anywhere better we will deffinatly be going back.
