    Ideal location very friendly staff day and night cosy and comfortable if a little tired but does not detract from the cosy homely relaxed feel of the place breakfast basic but enough to enjoy the start of your day will definitely use your services again when visiting friends and family local was also very pet friendly our little travel cat enjoyed the view from the window watching the wildlife

    Rooms were a good size. Very clean. The Wi-Fi is good too. Also the shower. Hot and powerful Location was good for me to as straight back on the A1

    Cindy is an exceptional host and we were immediately made to feel very welcome. The house is in a pleasant and quiet rural location close to small and characterful villages but with ready access to the A1 and with the small town of Baldock 10 minutes drive away. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent: beautifully presented and cooked and very substantial and served in a light and airy room. Secure and easy car parking by the house. We will definitely visit again.

    Lovely, peaceful location. Room was spacious and light, beautiful bedding and absolutely spotless. Host was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and they went out of their way to cater for my husband's allergies.
