Exceptionally well furnished, seems newly renovated as well. Very clean which is hard to achieve with carpet floors! Superbly cozy. Thoughtful mini bar with fresh milk and the best instant coffee I've ever had. Window nook in the room is so lovely.

We enjoyed an all too brief stay at this lovely, peaceful hotel. The 3 main public rooms exude relaxed elegance, with roaring fires and beautiful yet comfy furniture. We can also highly recommend the breakfasts, for the varied choice, presentation and flavour. The staff were helpful and the lovely lady who served our breakfasts, could not have been more charming.

We were caught up by a road closure. I called to warn them of our late arrival. Sophie was ever so kind to email me with instructions for checking in by ourselves. The room was comfortable, spacious and neat. Breakfast was also delicious and generous. We couldn’t have asked for more!

    The location of this lovely pet-friendly property is ideal and the car parking space and little garden a bonus. The apartment is very cosy, comfortable and modern with a fully equipped kitchen – everything was very clean, well laid out and easy to find what you needed.
