Included in the room rate was free entry into the Cathedral. All the staff were very polite, friendly and courteous. The room although on the small side was very clean withy a good view. The reception staff were very helpful and took their time to explain everything. They were very professional when dealing with my complaint over the housekeeping. The hotel was very clean and tidy, a good priced bar and an excellent all you can eat buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and fresh hot items added all the time. Rooms are spotless, staff always friendly and can’t complain about the breakfast which is just right. The only thing I would say is request a room away from the bar that is right next door, as they play their music loud and you can hear it from some rooms.
