We loved the service here, the staff was well informed and very friendly. We could park our car at the location and we quickly got our room and checked in. The dinner and the overall atmosphere was lovely and breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and by car the location was only a few minutes to Loch Ness. We didn't hear anything during the night from other neighbours, very quiet.

Impeccably clean with attention to the finest detail. It had everything I needed and more. The owner is incredibly attentive throughout the stay. This accommodation is the perfect stay for anyone visiting Loch Ness. I loved the cats greeting me in the morning and night for their snack. I will surely be back for another visit and recommend this accommodation to anyone in the future!

The house and the surroundings are wonderful, everything is very well kept, the place is beautiful and quiet. The location is accessible and with parking, ideal next to Loch Ness. The best are without doubt Robert and Isabelle, charming from the first moment, they make you feel at home. Very attentive and giving us lots of information about the places we will visit. If we return to Scotland, we will repeat!

The location was simply stunning - surrounded by greenery and sounds of the flowing river. The cottage itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect for exploring the Scottish Highlands - there were plenty of scenic drives and picturesque places to visit. And when I wanted to relax and unwind, the cottage provided the perfect retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would love to come back someday!

Beautiful location overlooking the loch. Large bedroom with settee, dining facilities for breakfast, books to read, etc. Breakfast was provided beforehand and was in the room with some items such as smoked salmon, parma ham, butter, milk, etc. in the fridge in the very big built-in wardrobe. There was an enormous sitting room for guests' use with several comfortable settees and chairs, floor-to-ceiling shelves of books and magazines, and wonderful views over the trees and loch. It was like staying in a mini stately home. You couldn't not like it!!

    The host is an absolutely wonderful lady, so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is very well equipped with everything you could need. It is very clean and comfortable. Lovely to be able to sit on the decking by the river on an evening. Brilliant value for money. Amazing location with so many sights to see and things to do.

    From the second we arrived we were greeted with a great big smile and really friendly welcome. Our room was great, very clean, lovely en-suite and the bed was so comfy! Perfect little location to the local pub/ restaurant and lovely walk down to the Loch!
