We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was lovely with plenty of free parking. Close to where we needed to get to. The rooms looked just like the photos and were well-stocked with plenty of towels and essentials. Everything we needed was provided, including a great selection of sauces for our takeaway. The property was professionally managed, and the self-check-in process was seamless. We had no issues at all and felt very welcome. Thank you for hosting us—looking forward to returning!

This hotel is part of a first-rate pub with excellent food. It is located within walking distance of Kew Gardens which was our main reason for visiting. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. However, the greatest selling point for this hotel is the people. Alicia (sp?) at the front desk is a gem. She's efficient, humorous and always helpful. She made us feel very much at home and was there to help with any questions. We were also very fortunate to have Mandy as a server in the dining room; again, a very present, humorous and helpful lass, The pub also has an excellent pint of bitter.

The host is super flexible and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I lost a connection flight, arrived there late and he let me check out one hour later so I could rest up a bit longer. He also offers tooth brush, tooth pasteand towels which came in handy as most of my stuff were in my luggage at the airport.

If you are looking for a generic, square, characterless place to stay then look else where. From the moment we arrived it felt more like visiting old friends - the owners are warm friendly and unbelievably helpful and attentive. Having spoken to them before hand they helped me to plan a surprise weekend away for my wife for our anniversary. The owners recommend a place to eat and made our room extra special with on arrival with rose petals in bath and a bottle of bubble ( very unexpected ) on ice. They even helped with dropping a surprise hamper into our room when we where out. The proper home cooked breakfast and fresh milk in the bedroom for tea and coffee along side quality toiletries make u feel like you are staying in a high end property but with the relaxed nature of a family home.
