The location was very good no road noise Breakfast was top notch with all options catered for Rooms were faultless comfortable beds ,warm rooms and great bathrooms ( we stayed in the courtyard accommodation) Ample parking close to rooms A bar at the entrance of the hotel was an ideal meeting place Our function was held in the great barn with its own bar and a side room for the buffet Although the hotel has a spa and pool we didn't use it as there was a lot of catching up with friends to do as we had travelled from all over the country Cornwall Wales and Northumberland

Safina was an amazing & accomodating host. She showed me around the property when I arrived. The rooms, bathroom/toilet, access areas & even the garden were spotless. You could tell the host put a lot of care & thought into this, and yet the stay was affordable. Parking was easy to find directly infront of the property. I look forward to staying there again.

Outstanding place to stay. It's beautifully decorated, super clean and a great size you stay in a 2 bed bungalow. Can't fault it and would definitely stay again. Great location, love quiet residential street, plenty of parking. There is tea bags, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk. Supermarkets are less than 2 miles away and there are lots of facilities within a few minutes in the car. The Owner has left out instructions for appliances and local taxi numbers, takeaways and pubs. 100% recommend

    Good stop gap for route we were taking. Good location. Staff were great. We had an issue with our room (odour from drains). Were moved to a different room - dealt with in a friendly and professionally manner by Charlie (duty manager). Nice food in bar, comfortable place to relax.
