Lovely spacious house, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hereford. Hosts are lovely and friendly, there was plenty of communication. The kitchen has everything you need. Large bottles of shower gel, shampoo & conditioner are provided. We were able to get the keys from a lockbox on arrival, which was really convenient. It's a nice quiet area with a takeaway (Wing Sing) only down the road. Matt & Cassie provided a folder with all the information you need, for things like heating and bins etc. There were books & games in the dining room also. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hereford.

We loved this cottage so much! It was modern, spotless, well equipped, and located in such a beautiful area. There’s a pub just down the road which is really convenient. The garden is lovely and we loved hearing the sound of the beck whenever we sat outside. There is parking just outside the property which is handy. The beds were super comfy too! Oh and Lia was lovely and left milk for us which we really appreciated. Thanks Lia x

The Individual Breakfast was really a great experience and the Room was verry nice refurbished as was the entire place. I felt verry comfortable all time and enjoyed the scenic view . It would be a pleasure to stay there again.

The location could not be any more perfect with easy access to all the entertainment that Hereford has to offer from the pubs, restaurants, cinema and general night life. Also the ability to drop off at the door with parking just around the corner removes that aggravation of needing to park and then walk with all your kit, a very positive part of the whole experience. I will look to rebook this property when I visit Hereford in the future.

    It is exactly as show in the photos, very clean, modern and had everything we needed including a pint of milk in the fridge with tea and sugar readily available. The location was perfect and even though there was no parking available with the accommodation the carpark is right opposite and low cost at £7 per 24hours.

    Staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast offer was excellent. Very clean and comfortable room with a well stocked welcome tray. The bathroom had both a shower and a very fast to fill bath. Spotless. Very comfortable and (too?) large bed. Perfect location with off street parking which would fill up if every room was occupied.
