The keys were left in the door so it was very easy to get in. The garden room was everything we expected and more. Cosy, comfy, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. Milk, tea, coffee, salt and pepper provided. Very comfortable bed and high quality bedlinen and towels. Loved the decor.

Great location. We only stayed one night because we were passing through on our way to south. The room was nice and comfortable, fully equipped. We had also dinner by their restaurant and the food was really good as well as the breakfast the following morning.

A superb B&B in a rural setting. Our hosts, Jonathan and Mary, could not do more for us. In fact, at their insistence, they washed and ironed a load of our dirty laundry. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with a choice of cereals, juice, yoghurt and fruit compotes, as well as your choice of a cooked breakfast.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, our historical room was large and comfortable, with a view to the garden, and the bathroom is modern. The breakfast was continental, and included in the price of the room. Cut fresh fruit was available, as were yogurts, toast, tea and coffee, etc., all in all very satisfying.

Beautiful old pub , super friendly staff , clean and well maintained .Room was massive .Bed was comfy , our meal in the restaurant was sensational , highly recommend the Suet !! Delicious !! Staff on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The overall ambiance of the property was very pleasing. The lounge, garden views, restaurant were very well laid out and inviting. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The variety of choices on both menus demonstrated the obvious capabilities of the chef. The bedroom had a beautiful garden view and was very comfortable with a beautiful en suite.

    The house was perfect thank you. It was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was clean, super soft bed, lounge was comfy, Netflix on the tvs, the blankets they provided definitely were not needed as it was boiling! 😂 we thought it was cute as they had kids toys, books, games and cards and doggie treats, lead bed etc. catered for all and ideal location next to the shops too! Would move there if I could!!
