This is one of the very few establishments I would go back to without hesitation. It felt like home from home. Our host Jane was very welcoming and hospitable. Compared to the average B&B the room was huge with all the facilities you could possibly want including a grand piano.

Joe's place was excellent. He met us at the gate in the rain and helped with our cases and he even lent my husband a rain jacket so that we could go out to dinner! The room was spotless and the bathroom also. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the port to board our cruise the next morning. Joe was a great host and gave us loads of recommendations 👌

    Great location , friendly and very helpful staff, great size room and very clean and fresh , good bathroom and room facilities , we wanted for nothing . We had a very comfortable bed and pillows were a dream. Decor in bar and restuarant area looked new and furnishings were immaculate, staff serving there were welcoming and attentive .

    The second time I've stayed here. Great location for local marinas. The rooms are exceptional for a 'pub/restaurant' and are very clean, comfortable and with lovely toiletries to use.

    The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room had everything I needed - well designed bathroom, coffee maker, hair dryer and desk. The car park was a good size. The location was ideal for a holiday in south central England. The pub part of the hotel had service and good food/drink. There was plenty to appreciate.
