Extremely clean, you take your shoes off at the entrance, carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom, very helpful host, a thirty-fourty minute walk from the airport, very cozy. Pictures in the listing correspond with reality. Super easy to connect to WiFi. Many regular UK plugs and USB and USB C plugs as well to charge your electronics in the room and in the kitchen area. Complimentary water, biscuits, cereal, tea and coffee, kitchen utensils, a microwave, fridge and freezer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste... The host thought of everything! There is a Tesco express 20 minutes away, if you need anything. A very quiet, residential location. Exactly what we needed to spend the night and catch an early flight the next morning. Be aware of the stairs, two of the three rooms are up the stairs, which are quite steep.

The room is fully equipped. There is all you need, even more! Iron, hairdryer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, TV, coffee machine, cutlery, coffee, tea, biscoff cookies. Even hygiene stuff for women, toothpaste, etc. The place is nice and cosy indeed.

Great place to stay. Spacious enough, very clean, decorated beautifully, TV and fast internet. Had just about everything that you’d need for a short stay. It felt very private too. The shower was lovely & the bed was super comfy. The host was very caring and facilitating. Parking was available for free on the driveway too which was a bonus.

As a solo female traveller for work, I felt so safe at the Garden Studio. A parking space was made available for me prior to arrival. Loved that the entrance to the studio was fenced off from the garden so I didn't feel that I was intruding on the property and gave me my privacy. The studio was very modern, with a great sized TV, lovely kitchen and modern shower room. Everything was super clean! Communication was outstanding from start to finish. I really enjoyed my quiet evening with a take away and watching the Eurovision with total privacy.

    For the price I paid the accommodation was very clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. The breakfast was good and included in the price of the room. This was a much better option for me than staying at the airport hotel as it was cheaper and closer to Luton train station for my onward travel.
