    Staff made us feel so welcome, and even the Local Farmers having a drink in the bar and outside area made us so Welcome so friendly and made for such an enjoyable stay the room was very clean, and the bed we had was super comfortable and Enough room for my GSD who's not the smallest of Dogs . The food was excellent, and breakfast was more than you could ask for. I would recommend 5 stars 🌟

    Beautiful family room with separate space for kids. Good and very clean bathroom with plenty of supplies. TV not the easiest to use but figured it out eventually. Enjoyed breakfast but was a little slow considering we were the only ones eating at that time. Beautiful quiet location and very comfortable beds. Would recommend the Red Lion to anyone.

    My room was very well appointed, with a lovely luxurious finish and to a high specification. The bed and bedlinens were so comfortable, I haven’t slept so well in quite some time and as a business traveller, I am quite particular about the mattress. This was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Lovely peaceful location.

    Lovely country pub. Room was spotless and very comfortable. We rated the bed and covers as one of the best we had slept on. The overnight rate included breakfast, which was superb. Sleepy village, but as the Red Lion is a pub, you really don't have to go anywhere for a good and reasonably priced evening meal. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Good night, sleep, very quiet outside.
