We could not fault our stay at Arkle House. Everybody was so helpful and friendly - even offering a lift into town and organizing a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable and in the evening when it was a little cooler the central heating made it even cosier. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. We were sad we could only stay two nights. I would highly recommend staying at Arkle House when visiting Derry. It is only a short ride via car into the centre.

This is THE place to stay. Kevin is what hospitality is all about. Location Cleanliness Breakfast Room EVERYTHING!!! Do not even think about staying somewhere else. 12 days of roadtrip and different places to stay and this is the only place we give a 10. Kevin is someone you need to meet. Even people who live in Derry and have their own buisnesess should stay at leat one night at Kevin's to see how hospitality is done. Do not plan anything in Derry. Where to eat, what to do, how and why. Stay here and talk to Kevin. He will tell you where and how and it will deliver. This place is definitely LEGENDERRY. Thank You Kevin very much.

The location is in the center of town - you can walk everywhere. The Car Park is a 5 minute walk and very reasonably priced. The apartment was larger than expected, spotless and the bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled. The host was fabulous - he sent very clear directions and was available for questions.

Luxe guesthouse. Beautifully decorated. Parking was outside the door. Very helpful hosts - Emmet during the day and John in the evening. Both were enthusiastic storytellers which helped bring the history of Derry to life The breakfast options were great - lovely porridge and Eggs Benedict were unexpected pleasures
