Beautiful guest house in perfect location close to town. We were able to park the car and walk to everything. Had dinner at The Fern Cottage and it was the best dinner we had in Scotland. Delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts.

A beautiful place to start our adventures in the Highlands! Iris and Jack have taken a beautiful but old country house and injected it with new vitality while respecting the history of the manor and surroundings. Beautifully decorated, the highlight for me is the library bar (and the overwhelmingly amazing selection of Scotch) and watching the football match on the big screen in the gathering space. My only regret is that we didn't book more nights - but we'll be back!

Ardvane B&B exceeded our expectations. Cor, the host, was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the area, offering plenty of great suggestions. We stayed in the larger Garden View suite, which was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe space to unpack and settle in. The location is fantastic— just a short walk to the town centre, with lovely trails nearby to explore the beautiful surroundings. It was our first visit to Pitlochry, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much there is to do, especially for nature lovers like us.

We have been traveling for over 3 weeks and have had very nice accommodations throughout our trip, but Derrybeg outshines them all. Everything about this B&B is a +10. The welcoming hosts, the cleanliness of the entire B&B, the superb breakfasts, the landscaping of the grounds, and the ideal location on a quiet street minutes walk from the main street. It is an outstanding accommodation. I highly recommend it. By the way, the hosts name their rooms: we were in the Anderson room, with a view from the bay windows of the gardens and hills. Exceptional room!

The clean and comfy rooms were well decorated and cozy. Tea, coffee, and water were supplied and the room was refreshed every morning while I was at breakfast. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. The inn staff were all lovely. Fabulous location with excellent service!

    The location is fabulous! And it’s is above the Garden Cafe which is a beautiful cafe full of colourful flowers and serving good coffee and food. The room was spotless - very clean! The en suite was very modern. Beds were comfortable. The hosts were a lovely couple and very friendly. Enjoyed a chat with them when we arrived and when we departed. Lovely place, good value for money. Would stay again.

    Friendly welcoming staff. Spacious and comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Calm and cosy breakfast room with an excellent choice of cold buffet and freshly cooked hot food. Ideal location near the centre of the town but not noisy. I travelled by train and it was not far from the station. It was perfect and I will definitely return.
