I love the fact that it was so centrally located in Warlingham. Everything was just a short step away, including the fabulous restaurant downstairs. I also loved the simplicity of the room. Really elegant, really comfortable and really clean.

The staff are amazing!! The front desk was very supportive. France (front desk assistant) was amazing at answering my questions and helping me sort out any obstacles. She was so kind! Manoj was a great guy, too. He was so helpful! He went full dad mode on my way out. He was concerned that I had breakfast and coffee before I left. Very much a family vibe. This hotel was very clean and the support staff were so kind and sociable when moving around the building. Everyone had a smile, and it seemed like those who worked their both took pride in the space and truly enjoyed connecting with guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to london. Close to the train but also surrounded by lots of food options. The breakfast at the hotel is also very good. They had a little of everything, so it didn't seem like you had to eat the same thing every morning.

everything was amazing. The host was very warm, helpful and welcoming. The unit was in a secured building, very modern equipped with a breathtaking view. As described, even better than most hotels I've visited. Quiet. Close to the train and bus station, easy to come and go. The whole stay here exceeded my expectations.     I had to leave before breakfast for travel (left at 6.00 am). The location was brilliant - a quiet oasis in in a cul-de-sac in Croydon surrounded by woodland. The decor, which was European and East Africa themed was breathtaking.

    The room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. A nice touch was the vase of daffodils. It is a quiet location and was near the venue I was attending. I had a warm welcome from the owner and felt very well looked after there and safe, as a woman travelling alone. I don’t really eat breakfast but I there was a lovely goody basket in my room so I could eat the fruit and use the kitchen to make drinks. The power shower was great and the bathroom was well equipped. I would recommend it.
