    Small but perfectly formed studio, excellently equipped with lovely finishing touches such as fresh flowers and slippers. Easy parking, quiet location. Great base for us to visit family nearby. Greg has been very helpful in allowing us to check in early, although our paths have not crossed yet he always responds quickly to messages , which is much appreciated.

    Excellent apartment, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great shower, comfortable bed, lots of storage for clothes. Good location. Didn't get to meet Greg the owner but he kept in touch with us to make sure everything was ok.

    Location to the Broads was great, local enough to excellent pubs for evening food. These are a drive away, but only 10 minutes down the road. The facilities provided were great, the bed is very comfortable and quiet area. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, so we were not able to take advantage of the beautiful seating area outside, but it looked peaceful.
