If you are looking for a generic, square, characterless place to stay then look else where. From the moment we arrived it felt more like visiting old friends - the owners are warm friendly and unbelievably helpful and attentive. Having spoken to them before hand they helped me to plan a surprise weekend away for my wife for our anniversary. The owners recommend a place to eat and made our room extra special with on arrival with rose petals in bath and a bottle of bubble ( very unexpected ) on ice. They even helped with dropping a surprise hamper into our room when we where out. The proper home cooked breakfast and fresh milk in the bedroom for tea and coffee along side quality toiletries make u feel like you are staying in a high end property but with the relaxed nature of a family home.

We really felt so welcomed! Thank you so much Gary and Anita. We travelled to the UK to visit the Royal Hampton Palace Garden show. The property was located about five minutes from the train station. The house was decorated with lots of art work and the garden was beautiful. You would never imagine that you were so close to a major city as it was extremely peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and printed off maps and directions to our destinations and had many tips and good advice as to what's best in the neighborhood for food and day trips etc. I can't emphasize enough, just how clean our room and indeed the whole house was. We would recommend this establishment one hundred and ten percent! Thank you once again. We can't wait to return. The two Irish ladies.

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

The host is super flexible and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I lost a connection flight, arrived there late and he let me check out one hour later so I could rest up a bit longer. He also offers tooth brush, tooth pasteand towels which came in handy as most of my stuff were in my luggage at the airport.

I enjoyed my stay in Teddington. The room is really conveniently located to catch a train into London, but far enough away from everything to be relaxing. The breakfast was very good and Alex was very flexible with times.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!! We have just returned home after spending 2 days aboard the Bright Owl with our two 16-year-old children, and we truly wish we had booked a longer stay. We had an incredible experience. From the exceptionally warm and informative welcome provided by Richard and Elizabeth, to the lovely, cozy, and inviting home that offered every comfort imaginable. Furthermore, the setting was beautiful, with excellent onboard facilities and a fabulous location close to numerous places for walking, dining, drinking, exploring, and wild swimming. We eagerly anticipate our return.

    Location - brilliant - great cheaper eateries nearby Check in staff - brilliant - friendly and helpful and answered my questions Breakfast staff (especially chef) - brillian, helpful and the food was really lovely. Would just request apple juice as an option :) Check out staff - good - listened to my concerns and attempted to make good with a partial refund (£50) (I accepted) Facilities - gym and pool/ Brilliant Would I stay here again...possibly if the issues I had were addressed...

    Location was good for our purposes. Room was a little smaller than expected but clean and comfortable. Parking was chargeable but cheap at £3 per day for that part of the world and plentiful. Public areas are attractive and well maintained.

    Absolutely loved this fifteenth century old house. The location was near Heathrow so ideal for a pre flight stay. Didn’t expect to experience old world charm so close to an international airport! The spacious garden was lovely to sit in for a relaxing cup of tea. The room was comfortable and clean and bright. The hosts Tom and Francesca were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. If you like antiques and interesting old buildings - stay here!
