The food was excellent. We were able to get a sandwich prepared for us at around midnight, plus a pint of beer. All done with a smile. Helped us get the battery charged on one of our bikes as it was jammed on the bike. Breakfast was very good.

I had a truly wonderful 5-day stay at The Moorings. From the moment I arrived, Iselin and her team made me feel incredibly well cared for. There was a small issue with my room at check-in, but it was resolved immediately and with such kindness and efficiency. It really showed how much they care about the quality of the guest experience. The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully done: tasteful, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is also exceptional. Just steps from a peaceful park and a stunning beach, perfect for long walks, and close to the quay where you can take a refreshing dip at any time. It’s also easy to get around. I used the local buses without any trouble, and taxis were always available. The food is excellent, and the oyster happy hour is a definite highlight. All in all, a fantastic stay. I’d love to return. Thank you for everything.

I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing time in Jersey at the Pomme d'Or. Its situation so close to the bus station is so convenient for travelling. My room as always clean and tidy thanks to Narvil's work. I could not find any faults with the room. I had requested a "quiet" room and 328 was ideal. All the staff were efficient and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was well arranged and the food excellent.

stayed in a junior suite for about ten days. I was waiting for a call regarding a sports commitment, which in the meantime required relaxation and tranquility, as well as easy access to the sea. At Undercliff Guest House, I found everything I was looking for, plus the added bonus of surprising kindness from those who welcomed me. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, everything clean and fully functional. I wasn’t there for a vacation, but it was still a wonderful, comfortable, and restorative stay. From the property, there are at least a couple of trails that lead to exploring the coast, walks of several kilometers immersed in nature where birds of all kinds reign supreme. Go there, it’s beautiful.

    Hotel was extremely clean and breakfast buffet was excellent! Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and very clean. It was spacious and bed was ok to sleep in. pillows were a bit weird but that’s to be expected isn’t it! (they weren’t mines from home) The pool was superb!!! warm and clean and plenty of things to do for the kids.

    To be honest I would book the radisson when I return purely because of location. I have stayed at the radisson on several occasions and this was the first time I have stayed at the merton. The benefits do not out weigh the negatives

    The staff were excellent and so helpful. We don't have children but it was nice to see the staff not only acknowledging adults but also the children. The pool was fantastic with a lazy river, slide (only available at certain times, so make sure to check) and plenty of swimming space. Location is ideal with a short walk to the centre with shops, a park, and restaurants in one direction and the beach in the other. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection.
