    We loved everything about this place. An excellent place to unwind, the location was perfect, the accomodation was clean and tidy and the hot tub was ideal. Tricia goes above and beyond to make her guests welcome, a wonderful host. We will definitely be going back.

    The location was ideal for visiting the Dawlish coastline. A 20 min walk to the train station and the ferry so we caught the the train along the coast line hoping on and off at different locations. ther are two local pubs that do good food withing a 5 min walk from the accommodation and Trish our host was wvery welcoming. The hottub was a welcome bonus after a long day out site seeing.
