    The staff at this property were just fantastic. We just needed a hotel in good spot for a wedding and it was perfect. Very clean & comfortable indeed. Location is fab! Stacey was so friendly and helpful. Even helped me up to room with bags, let us check in early. Mark helped me get an Uber to the wedding, they really went above and beyond. This is why we would definitely stay again if in the area. Very nice pub downstairs too!

    Photos do not do the size of the room justice - Stayed in Room 6, and it was huge (was split into twin beds as travelled with my sister). Even if you had the fold out bed in there, there was still lots of room. The room was clean and bathroom spotless. Great location 5-10 minute walk from Surbiton Railway Station and bus stops close by. Staff were friendly. Thought had been put into process of how to access hotel when pub was closed and this was simple. Most important question - Would we stay again? Yes, we would.

    The property was beautiful, very clean and well maintained with all modern appliances. The host was kind enough to leave some snacks for us and I am sure if we had made additional requests given our long flight. (Nine hours), they would have obliged. The property was very easy to find and the hosts left clear instructions. The location was perfect, two minute walk to Sainsbury local grocery, close to the pharmacy, pizza shop and restaurant and a mere seven minute walk to the train station making it very easy to commute.

    Lots of space, very clean, lots of windows & light. Opening sliding door to balcony to cool off in the hot weather. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Big lounge with fab large TV with lots of channels. Excellent service on arrival. Parking space free. Great location for central London via close train station. On good bus routes for local visits eg Kew Gardens Lift to third floor with views of greenery from windows. Peaceful area
