My partner and I had such a lovely stay here. The room was so lovely and modern and such great value for money. The staff were super easy to deal with and warm and welcoming, and the main strip and seaside are a very short walk away. Highly recommend!

Location is amazing. Steep hill to town but short distance. Great views. The house is full of character, and has everything you need for self catering or bringing back fish and chips :-) We had no trouble with parking.

Good quality bed linen and furnishings. Excellent breakfast for choice and expertly cooked. Bus stop at end of the road towards Bournemouth, Studland beaches etc and back to Swanage if needed. Near the coast path to Old Harry Rocks etc
