The location is lovely and the view from the cottage is gorgeous. The hosts left a lovely welcome hamper and note for us on arrival and were incredibly friendly and welcoming when we met them. The place is spotless and looks brand new, though it isn’t. It is equipped with everything you may possibly need. A “welcoming basket” included almost all we needed for three days of breakfasts. We were a couple but the two bedrooms could accommodate a family. The location , though not Portree-central, was exquisite, overlooking a quiet harbour.
