We had a wonderful experience at The White Hart — an absolutely lovely and pastoral place, with a high standard of hospitality. Both the accommodation and the food were excellent, everything felt so genuinely and delightfully English — in the best possible way. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, and there’s a certain gentle breeze in the air that makes it all even more enjoyable. I loved the homely feeling rather than that of a hotel. Also Andi and Mark were so friendly and amazing hosts, the area was great with lots of places to eat and lovely walks and parks nearby. And Frankie was amazing too, hard not to be with a name like that.

    Unfortunately we had to leave early both mornings so couldn’t stay for breakfast. Didn’t eat dinner at Sibson Inn on this occasion. We usually have a courtyard room but this time had a room inside. Perfect location, ideal for a stop off when travelling north.

    Loved the 4 poster bed in the room and the views on to the courtyard plus the breakfast was very filling. The location was ideal for the Nene Valley Railway station of Wanstead and well worth a visit.

    Breakfast was exceptional and the location is ideal. Easy to find. The Sibson is straight off the A1, well signposted. The only member of staff we saw was Bret! He is wonderful, very welcoming, chatty, humorous, nothing was too much trouble.
