The property was clean and spacious with all the necessary gadgets and appliances and a good aesthetic. It was two minutes walk from the bus stop. The host was very helpful. The process of check in check out was seamless. Mariel was kind enough to let us leave our luggage earlier. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood so there was no noise of traffic etc. Overall a very good experience for us. We were three of us and at no point felt claustrophobic or congested.

Our stay at Erlinda's place was exceptional, the place was clean and tidy, very lovely furnished and well equipped. Erlinda was very responsive and when we needed some extra crockery she dropped it round withing minutes. The separate entrance made the space feel nicely separated from the main house and is was very quiet. The pictures on the ad don't do it justice, much more light and spacious than anticipated. All in all, perfect for our purpose visiting the area for some academic event.

The dome is beautiful!! The bed and sofa bed were comfy and there was plenty of bedding and towels etc. The dome was bigger than we expected - with bed, sofa/sofa bed, big table to sit at and then a little kitchen and bathroom with shower etc. It got really hot during the day with the curtains open but there are 2 fans which helped and we were out during most of the day anyway. We only stayed a weekend and were out a lot so didn't do any real cooking but there is a BBQ and outside space if needed.

We went to The Thatch in Thame for our evening meal which we would recommend. - The room was very clean and had all of the extra touches needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. - Copper bath was a welcome addition after a busy day exploring!

    This was a quiet and extremely comfortable base from which to explore Oxford. It was so much better and cheaper than a city centre hotel and the park and ride bus from Thornhill may it very easy to get into town.

    Great location. Although this was a work stay. So good to arrive at a home from home. Comfortable clean and relaxing. Facilities better than expected. Surprised by standalone bath in room what a bonus.

    Spectacular room with a wonderful outlook. It was ideal for my overnight stay before a meeting in Bicester, saving me a 5am start. The journey via quiet roads too about 20 mins. To find Common Leys Farm, I used the supplied 'What3Words' locator. I suggest that is what everyone should do, saving a great deal of time navigating detailed information if using the Post Code alone. It was doddle and took me to the entry gate with zero stress.

    Easy checkin and lovely room/suite. The kitchen was spotless and very functional. Nice quiet area just outside Oxford and plenty of parking. Beautifully decorated room and very clean, would make a lovely longer stay!
