Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything there for your stay. Comfy beds. Nice touch with complementary coffee, tea and milk, and some nice biscuits, too. Parking on drive for one car, plenty parking on main road too. Looks like the place has recently been refurbished to a good standard. The owner was very helpful with questions and a very smooth booking. Definitely will be used again in the future when staying in the area.

Sometimes a traveller is lucky! Actually all about this accommodation was good. We felt above all welcome, the owner was so kind to grant us an early check in, so we could leave our luggage in the house. All was impeccably clean, we got quite some welcoming snacks and drinks and even some coffee pads to start the days! Beds were very good. Showers with loads of hot water. Fully equipped kitchen with great new appliances. Owner Ash was very helpful with finding parking arrangements, even without us asking for it. Couldn’t be better! Thx Ash.

Everything. Location was great, we were really comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook our meals after long days of tourism. We were three adults and two kids and the flat did not feel crowded at all. We had some trouble to get the keys because we failed to understand the instructions given and they helped us immediately. They even gave us a welcome gift.10 out of 10.

Property is beautiful and clean. Close to Atria which has all the shopping and you can shop for hours. Host is very responsive, assists with train routes. Host generously left food for us as we arrived late. Love this property and Watford and will stay here again next time. Wifi was strong too.

Just one night stay but worth every penny. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well equipped room. Comfy beds. Tasty i rich buffet breakfast. We even got a lunch box to pack up some snacks before we left the breakfast area. Well deserved 10 stars.

    Smelt beautiful as we walked into the foyer. Staff were extremely friendly. Everywhere was very clean. Nice big spacious rooms with good size TV. Nice to have 2 pillows each instead of usual 1. Location was ideal, lots of places to eat around. Good WiFi and can check in/out through phone to speed things up.

    Fantastic location. Watford is ideal for getting to London, and although the hotel is right next to the train station we heard no noise. Room was spotless. The bathroom and shower area were perfect with no issues. Staff were very friendly both upon check in and at breakfast the next morning. Basic breakfast but enough choice for a range of folk.
