Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.

Comfortable. Cosy. Had everything we needed for our stay and setting was incredible. Cannot leave a review without a well deserved praise for Liz and Brian as well. Went above and beyond to accommodate and even helped us out when the weather got the better of us and car was not playing ball in the snow.

Was lovely and so big! Very comfortable and the staff were amazing nothing was too much of a bother. The view was stunning we will defos be back.. breakfast straight to our lodge in the morning was a nice touch

    The staff are lovely. Room very clean and spacious with huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was well worth the money and so were snacks at the bar. The hotel is in a handy location for touring around. Would recommend.

    Very clean, reasonably priced however it was a lot cheaper through booking.com rather than going direct with the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very nice Staff very pleasant, would definitely stay again if in the area.
