The Clubhouse is a truly exceptional place to stay and the owner Marcus is a truly exceptional and fabulous owner/host. Shortly after we booked online, Marcus was in touch via Whatsapp to introduce himself and offer initial advice; afterwards, we were in contact on a regular basis up until our arrival, with Marcus answering lots of questions and queries for us so it was all very reassuring as newbies to visiting Grenada. We were met at the airport by his shuttle driver (Deron), who was exceptionally smartly dressed, courteous and knowledgeable about the island during the approximate 45 minute transfer; if you are new to Grenada, our advice would be to take advantage of the shuttle certainly for the outward stretch since driving through St George and finding the Clubhouse, especially if it is dark, would be challenging (if you need/want to hire a car when in Grenada, Marcus can provide advice and contacts for the superb Two Seasons Car Rental who we would thoroughly recommend). The Clubhouse sits in its own plot of land a short (5 minute) drive from the coastal town of Gouyave up a steep hill. The gardens are lush and include banana and coconut palms and the views from the large south facing terrace are across tropical forest and out to the sea. When we returned to the Clubhouse each night having spent the day out exploring, we found it to be a real sanctuary and haven of peace and tranquility. Each night we were also met by Marcus's four lovely friendly dogs who can roams the grounds and having them there, we felt very safe and secure (and that's not to say we didn't find everyone we met in Grenada to be very friendly and helpful, often pointing us in the right direction when we got lost in the car!). Marcus provided lots of suggestions throughout our stay of places to visit and all were spot on. In summary, staying with Marcus at the Clubhouse was like staying with a cherished friend/relative and we recommend wholeheartedly.

Le Maison Apartments is located up a hill in Grand Anse, offering a beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea / Grand Anse Beach. The main rooms were decorated in a lovely style, the beds were comfortable, the balcony was perfect for enjoying an evening drink (aside from the mosquitoes), and there was a separate laundry room available for use. The housekeeper kindly gave us some beach toys for our kids, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location was amazing. The host.... Exceptional.. it really was a vacation within a vacation. My family absolutely loved it... Thank you Mr. James 😍🥰🥳🥳🥳🥳

The apartment is big and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing!

V was an amazing host. She was very helpful. anything we needed, she told us not to be afraid to ask. She provided amazing prepared meals. She also helped us navigate through how to get to certain destinations. She provided everything to us to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We booked an extra week based on service and level of hospitality. definitely the best bed and breakfast I've been too on the island. I would personally recommend her to anyone traveling to Grenada and staying in the Grande Anse area

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices both a la carte and buffet - beautifully presented. The chef was very helpful and creative with our dietary guidelines and the food was very good. Bedroom was very comfortable and spacious The hotel is on a stunning setting and beautifully designed Staff are really willing, hardworking and helpful.

From start to finish, my stay was more than amazing. Tessa organised a taxi to pick me up at the airport, which ran smoothly. When I arrived at Tranquillity, I was warmly greeted by Tessa and was shown around the apartment. A lovely touch was the delicious welcome drink and bottle of water in the fridge. Tranquillity truly has stunning views and is a total dream to wake up to. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Fantastic kitchenette, comfortable bed, great bathroom with a lovely shower. It's even complete with a washing machine, and the hanging line is outside on the mini terrace/ balcony. Tranquillity was perfect for me. This will be my go-to place when I return to Grenada. It is just a little walk away from a convenience shop/florist and bus stop. The buses are regular, and the ride isn't long to St George's. I also booked some tours and it was possible to organise a pickup at the end of the road. The room also has AC and a fan. Mosquito nets on the windows and at the door. There's a side lamp by the bed , and you can also charge your phone by USB. This is just another great detail that makes this place so special. Tessa is also very knowledgeable about the island and can give you lots of ideas and tips on what to do on the island. Just a fantastic stay.
