Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable room, good choice for breakfast! The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the city centre in a very quiet and safe area. The property is located in the Jewish/French Quarter of Kutaisi. It’s a beautiful home with traditional decor complemented by tasteful modern touches. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the stunning all-glass veranda overlooking the river provided a lovely spot to relax in the evening. David was an exceptional host, offering plenty of helpful information to make my stay enjoyable. The experience felt more like visiting a friend’s home than staying at a hotel, thanks to the warm and personal atmosphere. If I return to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely stay here again.

At first I was a bit skeptical about the location since it’s my first time in Kutaisi, but luckily it was a good one. The service I’ve received here was excellent, amazing and sweet staff who were very hospitable and helpful. I had a lovely spread of fresh breakfast everyday as well. One thing that amazed me was the room, I believe they gave me one of the best ones because I was extremely satisfied with it. It’s spacious and has everything you need to get cosy in. I first booked for two nights then ended up extending it to 2 nights more just because it’s comfortable and safe. As a tourist, the staff really look out for you.
