Tony and Lali made us the most delicious vegetarian dinner! A wide variety of veggie dishes that were absolutely delightful. The property is beautiful, in a beautiful setting. Our room was clean and comfortable. Tony and Lali are very friendly and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again.

The best hotel crew you could dream of! We stayed at Lamala for three nights and had the very best hotel experience during our Georgia trip. The location at the bottom of the valley at the foot of the mountain is absolutely outstanding. At Lamala you will meet the warmest, kindest and most helpful host and staff you could ever dream of. Every room has it’s own balcony and is nice and clean. The hotel has the cutest dogs who will follow you on your hike, if you like some company. If you like a challenge, try and ask them to play backgammon.

We stayed 5 nights and everything was perfect - room was fresh and clean. Mattress was excellent and bed linen was so comfortable, that I really enjoyed sleeping in this hotel. Breakfast was great too - it was good variety, tasty and different options every day. People are the best here - they really helped us with our needs. And view is 360 degrees mountains - beautiful.

The accommodation is in a family home, everything is authentic. We stayed in the attic room with the glass ceiling and terrace, a unique experience. Fresh linen, cleanliness and private bathroom will ensure all the comfort. The hosts are very welcoming and warm, they help you with everything you need. Breakfast and dinner were very good, with products from their own home. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view, everything green and in the distance the snowy mountains, it was the most beautiful accommodation in Georgia. We communicated very well with Davit, he gave us information about the condition of the roads and about the mountains and trails. Congratulations on what you managed there with your wonderful family! Thank you for everything! Ahh, and I almost forgot, thank you for the very good house wine!

We received a warm welcome from the friendly family who runs the guesthouse, instantly making us feel at home. The guesthouse is in the best location, offering a fantastic view of the Usba mountain from our bedroom window with no obstructions. It's really easy to go on a hike to the Ushbi and Shdugra waterfalls as the road is right outside the guesthouse. We also had the pleasure of meeting their two amazing and super-friendly dogs named Beku and Bobi, who joined us on our hike to the waterfalls and back. The dinner and breakfast were simple but authentic, giving us a taste of the local culture. We want to thank Bacho and the family for their conversations, stories, and kind hospitality. Our parents also visited and were just as happy. We look forward to coming back next time!

🌟 We had an absolutely perfect stay at Svanieri Cottage. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view is breathtaking, and the common area was ideal for celebrating a birthday with close friends. Everything was smooth: check-in, communication, and the overall vibe. We felt right at home. The guest house is simply magnificent!!! Everything is great in it and the hospitable hosts, cozy rooms with simply mesmerizing mountain views. Phenomenal stay, gorgeous mountain views, comfortable rooms, delicious food and generous hosts + We had a phenomenal stay at Gethauz afrasidze The property is beautiful and remote with gorgeous views of Mts. Ushba and Mazeri; the hosts were immensely generous, accommodating, and flexible and prepared one of the most delicious dinners we had in all of Georgia so we were fueled for long hikes in Svaneti. I’d highly recommend getauz afrasidze for the most idyllic and comfortable stay in Mazeri.

Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap
