Hotel at a unique location with stunning views. Wonderful and helpful host. Great cooking of honest Georgian food. Nice comfortable hot shower after a long walk from the mountains. Happy that we discovered such a nice establishment, we enjoyed every minute and were sad having to leave the place.

Every part of this stay was incredible! Dato, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! This lodge is incredible if you love hiking and want to explore the mountains surrounding it, and I wouldn’t miss out on the enchanting path that leads down to the river. It’s also an ideal distance from the center of Mestia. I really loved the food here both breakfast and dinner, where you’re served local/Georgian dishes. I can happily say that Ajapsandali is now my favourite, because of how deliciously it was prepared here. More than anything, if you’re looking for a city escape, you’ll be surrounded by the blissful sounds and scents of nature which are perfect for moments of tranquility. The surroundings are calm with breathtaking Mountain views. Also, if you take a stroll in the evening, you may be lucky to see fireflies which feels really special. I highly recommend this lodge for a solo traveler as well as families/ groups.

The guest house is simply magnificent!!! Everything is great in it and the hospitable hosts, cozy rooms with simply mesmerizing mountain views. Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap
