Friendly host, superb, home-cooked breakfast and dinner with a portion enough to feed an army. The animals on the farm can be indeed noisy at night, but if you are tired after the hike, it does not really matter, in my opinion, it only adds to the feeling.

The owners were very friendly, warm, and helpful—a lovely family-run business. We celebrated New Year’s together, which made for a super cozy experience. The breakfast was delicious, especially the amazing khachapuri made by the owner! The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city and ti the mountains.

This is the 3rd time we book this hotel. It is all new, big comfortable rooms, nice big beds and great common spaces for warm and cold weather. The hotel is also not far away from major Mestia hiking tracks so you don’t need to travel through all the city to hike or go back from track.

Hosts were extremely welcoming, they gave us refreshments on arrival after a long days travel. The breakfast was amazing and they even cooked it up and hour early for us as we had a lift to catch. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough.
