The host and the warm welcome, the location, nearby the small port/beach of Agnonda, with some very cosy Greek fish taverna's. Not too crowded and plenty of Greek people on holiday as well, which is always the best indication. Even though is close to the "main road", the location is very quiet and peacefull at night : a dream. The maisonnettes are very clean, lost the number of times towels got changed, the host is always discretely present and the garden is wunderfull.

Beautiful hotel! Everything was very clean and modern. Amazing view! Pool area was also clean and big. Very much liked this perfect hotel. Close to the bus stop,beach and restaurants. Middle of everything. Defently coming back to this hotel. Nothing bad to say. Host was very helpful and always around when needed. So great stay!

I was traveling with a friend and we had a surprisingly quite room by the Port with very confortable verds. Giannis Is super kind and offered us help and information. He even spoke some Spanish with my friend. We felt very welcomed. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at the Nikolaos Studio for 4 nights to celebrate my wifes birthday. The apartment is at a great location just 500m walk from the ferry port and the chora. The bus station is also at the same location as the port. We booked the apartment with sea view. We got down from our ferry from Skiathos and were within 10 minutes at the apartment by walk. The host Spiridoula was waiting for us with the keys. The room was clean and well maintained. We had a living room with kitchenette, refrigerator and a separate bedroom with a balcony from which we had great views. there was a cupboard to store clothes. For people preferring convenience the location of the apartment is simply great. Two big supermarkets are just withing 5 to 15mins walk. All cafes and restaurants in main square are within 10mins walk. A nice beach just stepping out from the apartment. There was a lovely garden in the apartment too. Air conditioning in the bedroom was flawless. The kitchen was fully equipped with a small portable electric herd and almost all essential cutlery’s. At first we were wondering whether herd would be sufficient, but we could cook nice food for all 5 days without any issues. There were wine, beer and water glasses. The room was cleaned everyday and the dustbins were also emptied everyday. When needed even towels were replaced. The bathroom was clean with hot and cold water in shower. As with most island apartment stays in Greece, you have to bring your own shampoo and showergel. Soaps were provided by the hosts. The balcony was good size for two people and the view was great. We spent hours having our own cooked breakfast, dinner and drinks there. One great thing that i will miss about this apartment are the hosts Niko and Spiridoula. They were among the best hosts i have stayed at till now. Very nice and friendly, gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars and ensured everyday our stay was comfortable. Strongly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopelos

Our apartment location was perfect , at the top where we could see green sea from balcony and even from bedroom . Nice garden in the middle of olive trees which makes it so romantic at night if you like looking at stars in the clear sky . We saw shooting stars and stars are visible from the balcony too . Mist on top of sea it was dreamy . It’s only 7 mins drive away from main town of skoples and beach right at the bottom of our apartment(3 mins walk ) Restaurant owned by host is ant the bottom of apartment , very friendly and helpful . Food and drinks reasonable price compared to town and other places . We managed to see dolphins from the restaurant as it had sea view and some said they saw seals too . Amazing place to stay , 100% recommended .

The hosts were so welcoming, two of the nicest people you will ever meet, and the view was superb and the bed very comfortable and the pillows lovely and fluffy. The bathroom was spotless. There were mosquito nets on the door and window. We sat in the evening looking over Skopelos town and enjoyed the wonderful outside seating area.

    Where do I start? Its incredible. The location is brilliant. The bus is at the end of the road and it is so easy to get about. Agnontas is Devine. The property is luxury. It has everything you could want. The beds and shower were amazing. Communication with the host and her amazing dad was brilliant. I can’t fault it.
