The place is perfect and everything is like pictures you see. It's a new hotel and our suite was so stunning! The location is very peaceful and if you want to see a breathtaking sunset, don't go anywhere else.....all you want is there.....Forget everything and enjoy your hot tube and your magical pool!!! A big thank you to Maria! She is super welcome and a really kind person. She is very helpful and she provided excellent reccomandations about places to visit, restaurants and experiences. Excellent amenities and quality of services. It is true that location is a little bit remote from main cities. However, the island is rather small and in max 50 min you can reach by car the other end of the island - Oia. A car is mandatory if you want to have flexi ility and move faster. The location offers splendid sunsets and view towards caldera and the island. The tranquility offers recharging opportunities after crowd bathing in the caldera touristic villages. Sunset at the lighthouse is very romantic. Nearby, the ancient village of Akrotiri is a stunning experience if you are passionate about history and how people used to live 4 thousands years ago and combine it with a visit to the archaeological museum in Fira. Several nice beaches around, including the famous ones, and quite fast access to traditional villages. Personally we liked Pyrgos village more than the others, probably because is also larger and has more to offer. Also Monolytes beach has a very fine black sand and is nice for swimming, although more remote (near airport) than the others. Very tailored breakfast, from composition, location and hour of service. Also quite tasty. Rooms are large, high quality furnished and minibar is included in the price; toiletries are high quality -Apivita. Congratulations to the owners for transforming an empty piece of land into a real oasis. Thanks to Irini and her team for contributing to a successful start of our 4 days Santorini vacation.

The stay at Black Bay Caves Suites was absolutely perfect. If you want to stay in the most idyllic cave, this is it! During the day the bay is filled with boats, whilst the beach is pretty quiet and secluded. Sun from sunrise till sunset! The cave itself is very modern and equipped with everything you need. The apartment came with a big bottle of water, fruits, chocolate croissants and bottle of wine and for fresh meals the taverna next door has the most lovely staff and great food! The neighborhood is pretty rural, but there is pretty much to see if you are up for a short walk or run. The beautiful lighthouse is at 3k and the nearest town with stunning views and supermarket is at about 4k and makes for a great morning workout! Would definitely come back for a longer stay and would 10/10 recommend!

Everything was perfect. Ellie and Panagiotis were awesome. The best hosts ever. Properly cleaned. Breakfast amazing and with lots of options. The view was the best part. You get to see it all without the noise and crowds. A piece of heaven. Well done to the hosts and staff on the ground.

Amazing hotel, one of the best we've ever stayed in! The views are fantastic, the rooms are lovely - clean, modern and spacious. The staff couldn't do more to help you - especially Sophie and Koyes- thank you! The food was fantastic - breakfast served on your own terrace with those views is spectacular! The evening food is delicious we ate in 3 days as we enjoyed it so much!

A wonderful place sums it all ! Staff are really nice , cooperative young people ! Many thanks and compliments for their hospitality! The hotel is located in the south area outside of Akrotiri with a beautiful view of the sea , the caldera and the cities of Fira and Oia. We had a bad experience with flight delays and rescheduled flight to Santorini so we arrived really late but the staff provided us with some salads (after kitchen hours) so we dont have to worry where to find some food. - again many thanks ! Also our checkout was really early so they offered us to-go boxes with some breakfast and coffee - very very pleasing , thank you guys !! Upon arrival we got upgraded as a special surprise and we got the Diamond Suite which was another positive moment after the awful travel experience we had - just lovelly how they treat the guests. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the overcrowded cities of Fira and Oia this is the place ! Location is beautiful and you can easily use a car rental company to go to where you need. The room was spacious with everything you need. Everything was perfect ! If you want to visit the other cities- Oia is a 40-50 min drive , Fira is 20 mins away so its no big deal.
