Amazing family managing this place. They are really lovely. The view is wonderful, it's like a dream. The hotel is on a cliff, you are literally above the water. The place is quiet, beautiful and relaxing. We are really sad to leave. The ratio price / quality is phenomenal. Thank you so much and we hope to visit you again.

Nice location within olive garden. Magnificent views of the surrounding cliffs and the sea in the distance. Very convenient cottages with all necessary equipment. The road to the property is a bit tricky; follow the signs to Studios Crete.

Staff was amazing—we stayed in touch before our trip because of the fire situation on Ferma, and they kept us updated and made our planning easy and stress-free. The room was perfect, with a big balcony and beautiful sea view. When we arrived after a long journey, we were offered breakfast, which was very pleasant and hospitable. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the food was really amazing, with something different every day. We also had dinner at the hotel a few times and loved the delicious Greek food and great service. All amenities were in place for us, and we felt very well looked after.

EVERYTHING! The location was perfect, tavernas all around and very close, and the beach is in a 3 minute walking distance. Everything was thought for, there was more than you would need for the kitchen utilities, the outside area etc. overall it was perfectly equipped. There are multiple chilling areas on the balconies and in the yard. We were greeted by nice welcoming snacks and drinks.

Very nice apartments away from the noise of Ierapetra. Perfect for a nice getaway. Beach is right at the front with a nice bar and taverna. Sunbeds are free and a lot of local people gather there to swim. The hostess was incredibly helpful and kind. Helped us with everything we needed and even recommended local places to visit.

    It’s a beautiful place in a great location- the beach is right below.. the pool is very nice and the staff was wonderful. We arrived late at night and they wanted for us and were very kind and helpful. We got lots of good advice from them. If you want quiet and beautiful place- that is the place for you.

    The location is fantastic, right on the cliffs with a path down to the beach. Incredibly relaxing away from the busy resorts but within 15 mins of the nearest town. The owners and their team make you feel incredibly welcome and really go out of their way to assist you, without being intrusive. Wonderful people make this a wonderful place - one that will be hard to equal, let alone beat.
