This is the best place we have ever stayed. The owner, Eleftheria, was incredible she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and really did make it perfect. It's so great that we booked another week with her whilst we were staying here. Quiet, private, and spotless. 5 mins stroll town the street past a few bars and restaurants to the beach at agios nikitas. Every morning we would go to the beach and right around the rocks to a more rocky part where it was completely private and proper greek pebble beach not sand. I have recommended this place to everyone since being back for the price and the location it can't be beaten.

The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

Our stay was very comfortable. We got more than what we expected. We had our own parking area and pool and a large outdoor sundeck to watch the spectacular sunset. A nice living room, two bathrooms and a very comfortable double bed. It was quiet but close to most popular sites and beaches. It was new and clean. We’ll be going back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in Agios Nikitas. The accommodation was perfect – clean, comfortable, and in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Special thanks to our host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The three-bedroom private pool villa was absolutely incredible. It had everything we could possibly need, perched at the highest point with a stunning panoramic view. Watching the sunset from there was simply breathtaking, and the complete privacy made the whole experience feel like pure luxury. On top of that, the owners were wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, making sure every detail was perfect and that we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.

    Very clean room, very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were always helpful and nice. The dinner was quite varied and the dishes were tasty. Very nice view of the sea from our balcony! quiet mountain area around the hotel. Nice pool, we could sit around it even after dinner and enjoy a drink from the bar! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! Good location for visiting Agios Nikitas town, and Kathisma beach is only 5 minutes by car.

    The property is very clean and modern, everything you need for your stay is available. The towels and bedsheets were changed after a couple of nights and also free toiletries were provided. The location of the villa is perfect, it's close to several beautiful beaches. Pavlos, the host is very friendly, helpful and kind. An amazing stay, thank you so much! Highly recommended!
