We stayed in villa number 3. It was big, very comfortable and with great veranda, private parking and sea view. The beach and the restaurants are meters away and the village of Arkasa is 15 minutes walking distance. The host was very helpful.

Really nice room with balcony and everything that you need for a great stay! The stuff was very friendly and ready to help at any time. The location is next to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and more and 15min by foot to the beach through town. The balcony views the sea. The rooms are cleaned everyday. All in all we had a perfect stay and would go there again any time!

We stayed for three nights at the brand-new Sunrise Apartments in Karpathos and had a wonderful experience. We were among the very first guests, and everything felt fresh and modern, with stylish furniture and excellent facilities. The hostess, Anna, was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything, and it offers beautiful views. Free parking is also available, making it even more convenient for those with a car. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, tranquility, and warm hospitality in Karpathos.

The owner was really welcoming and helpful, generously being flexible with check-in/check-out times. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. The location is great being a short walk from the main area in a nice and quiet side street. Definitely recommend !

We loved absolutely everything about C'est La Vie, it truly is the dream Greek villa! The functionality and beautiful design of the villa was perfect, everything was all very well thought out with multiple comfortable seating areas inside and out and having ensuites bathrooms for each bedroom was such a plus. The ice maker and water filter machine are a fantastic (and necessary!) addition and were very much utilised during our stay in the heatwave. We also loved having outdoor showers with the beautiful blue sky above. The view is stunning, perfect for watching the sunrise, and a lot of thought has gone into the garden which is absolutely beautiful and accentuates the view really well. Lhakpa, Manolis and Athina were all lovely and helpful and knowing it's a local family owned and run business makes it even more special. It was exactly the experience we needed (we loved it so much we didn't want to leave so extended our stay for another 3 nights) and we are already organising dates to come back!

    Amazing view over the little harbour. Very clean and quiet hotel. Really helpful owners. Finiki is a lovely harbour village with great restaurants and a quiet beach just a short walk from your rooms.

    Amazing House luxury , very clean, and includes all electronic devices and excellent wifi for our work.I slept like a baby. The location is perfect.Quiet and relaxing.The view from terrace is incredible. We will definitely return to Pasithea Thank you very much Atanasio for everything!
