Everything was excellent. The place is built in a traditional form, consisting of different little apartments, one next to the other, with a beautiful garden. Really lots of space in the room, very clean and nicely decorated. The lady who runs it is kind and helpful. Answered all our questions very happily and gave lots of advice. Breakfast : Everything homemade and delicious.

Wow! An absolute gem! The pictures don't do it justice. This is a true designers home with everything one could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable the details and care are outstanding. The bathroom spacious and everything was sparkling clean. Kitchen well equipped. The balcony with mountain views was great for sundowners and breakfast. The location is a scenic 20 min drive from ioannina. A little market around the corner. We forgot few things and the owner was immediately in touch with us, he'll keep it save till our return. 5*-service! We'll be back for sure! ♥️

Super comfortable place with all the facilities you need. The place is Very clean and well organised for self cooking with all the gear you need for coffee,tea,and all kind of meals you want to make. The owner is super nice and generous. He is very helpful and available in any time with quick response. There is a great view from the balcony.

One of the most beautiful places we have visited. We were extremely surprised. I would recommend everyone to see and feel the beauty of the place. The hotel is located in the mountains, and access is via an asphalt road. After the deviation from the highway, a new road is built, wider than the existing one. The last few kilometers are still widening, but not a problem to pass. The road itself has bends, but they allow you to enjoy the view. The hotel is located between the mountain peaks and offers an incredible view. Extremely peaceful place. The owners were nice and kind. The food was superb. The hotel itself consists of several buildings, and we were accommodated in the additional buildings. The rooms were modernly decorated. With comfortable beds and everything you need. A path to the famous Plaka Bridge starts from the hotel. I recommend everyone to visit it. Dinner and breakfast were rich. I recommend the place and congratulate the owners for this wonderful place. We will visit again for a longer period of time

The apartment is new, spotless, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – a perfect starting point for exploring the Vikos and Zagori area. The host, Nikos, was wonderful – he welcomed us warmly, gave us great recommendations for hikes and trips in the area, and took care of all our needs throughout the stay. A great experience, highly recommended!

    The place was beutiful and comfortable. Vassilis and Dimos were amazing and helpful (gave many tips and support for what to do around). They also made a wonderful breakfast. Very good location for Tzumarka area.

    Our 2 night stay was wonderful - the brothers who run this small hotel are super professional and nice - assisted us in every possible way with advices for day trips, places to eat and visit. The apartment was spacious and clean, the breakfast fresh and sufficient, the location is comfortable to visit Tzomerka - an hour away from Pramante, but close to rafting activity, and comfortably located to Ioannina and Zagoria. Great value for money.

    Vasilis was a great host! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast (not included) was also great and very reasonably priced. Located about 20 minutes' drive from Plaka Bridge, so the location is very convenient. Highly recommended!
