The villa is really modern with nicely landscaped areas outside. There is also a nice little outside area to sit at. The host Claudio was fantastic, we asked him many questions through WhatsApp during our stay and he was unbelievably responsive to all questions. He organised a car rental for us, recommended restaurants and also booked our airport transfer too! The lady who brought our breakfasts and cleaned the villa was lovely too and greeted us with a smile every morning

Everything ! We were lucky to choose Aina suites for our holiday . - The appartement was very clean , everything seemed to be new and everything we needed was there . - The location is perfect , just few steps from the bus stop to Thira and the Old port . - Most importantly, we had a very warm welcome from the Host , very friendly and professional, she really took care of all our needs and was available every single time we contacted her . Never have we experienced such an incredible time as we did while staying at the Onyx Hotel & Suites. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The pool area was immaculate, with an abundance of comfortable loungers and attentive staff who were always ready to bring refreshments with a smile. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere. Maria and Denisa are, without a doubt, the best hostesses we have ever encountered. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly special throughout our stay.  The property was great. We loved it from the first sight. Even though we arrived late, there was someone waiting for us which show us around the place and also offered us a parking place for our car, which was great.  The place was very clean. Very beautiful. We even had some water juice and soft drinks in the fridge and coffee capsules and a coffee machine. Every morning we were receiving our breakfast on our balcony. It was great we had a very pleasant experience. The location was perfect. It was a three minute drive to the city centre Thera. It was the perfect combination of quiet and close to many amenities like supermarkets, kiosks, restaurants, etc. I will definitely book this property again when visiting Santorini.

    This is not a hotel to spend a vacation at, but mostly a hotel to use when you need a cheap place to sleep with a close location to Thira and to the bus station. It was a nice detail though that they gave us our room when we arrived for a very early check in around 7am, and the breakfast was also quite good with an additional cost of 7€ which you must be prepared to pay with cash. The price for this hotel is very affordable.

    Very good stay at the bonsai luxury suites, discreet and accommodating staff. Very clean accommodation with a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Ideal location with a car/quad rental. A bus stop is also available 2 steps from the accommodation. I recommend without problem.

    The room was very clean and had heating and air conditioning which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful with any request and questions we had. They organised transfers and taxis and were cheaper than an external agency. the location is great if you have a car or are taking the bus to travel to other places in the island as it is quiet and there are shops and cafes around. The room and pension looked exactly like the photos, I would recommend coming here if you are visiting Santorini.
