My stay exceeded my wildest expectations! The apartment was incredibly clean, cozy and fully equipped. I lacked nothing. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly. The location was perfect. We stayed in these apartments and were very pleased! The owner were welcoming and always available, quickly responding to all our questions. The location is simply perfect — just a few minutes by car to the sea, with a clean and well-maintained beach. The apartment is cozy, bright, and exactly as described. Everything inside was clean, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kitchen with all appliances and utensils. We especially loved the balcony with a sea view — it was a lovely place to spend the evening's. Check-in went smoothly. This is a great place for a peaceful seaside vacation — we will definitely come back!

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianna. The villa was brand new, clean and well designed featuring spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals or even have a barbecue. The area was very calm and very close to the beach, meanwhile small shops, cafes were some minutes away by using a car. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

First and foremost about our host: George is the most friendly and helpful man we have ever met. He spoiled us with home-baked cookies, home-grown olives and figs. The accommodation itself is simply fantastic! We had all the necessities and luxuries we could wish for, and the large and spacious house was very clean and tastefully decorated. During our stay, when we were not making a trip, we enjoyed the terrace with a very nice swimming pool. Right across the street we had access to our own private space on the beach. We felt like kings and were treated like kings.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

    The apartament was very clean and well maintained. We had all necessary equipment - nice kitchen to cook, air condition, laundry machine. Absolutely fantastic and nice owner - great communication! We spent 9 nights there and couldn’t ask for better place. It is about 10 minutes from Prasonisi. There are two stores 2 minutes away and nice Restaurant. We had enough room to store our kiting equipment. I definitely recommend STARI and would be happy to come back to this place :)

    Very good location, only 5min drive to Prasonisi beach. Breakfast was great - lots of different fresh food. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable - firm. Wifi was working ok, not the fastest though. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is a big common terrace with shadow to hang out with friends or other guests. There is access to water for rinsing your surf/kite gear. Free parking in front of the building. In the town there are some restaurants, I recomend going to Eftihia - right next to the apartments.

    Perfect location to access Prasonisi. Clean, spatious rooms, comfortable beds, very nice garden, AC available. Location is ca 2km from Kattavia so need car / bike to get there. Host is responsive, easy key pick up. All in all very good value for money.
