The pool was fantastic, the room was compact but very comfortable and a nice seating area outside too. The staff were very helpful and accomdating! The added bonus of an adult only hotel was great.

Great location, wonderful panorama view from the terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The taverna on the top floor has the most beautiful flowers in pots and you can see the bay from there - plus the food is perfect. The rooms are quiet, you can't hear anything from the taverna. They clean the rooms every day.

I just want to say good job to the person who created interior, everything was beyond perfect. Moraitika is not the best place to stay (if you want to do evening walks etc) but I'm sure this is the best apartment to stay in Moraitika.

The host was very kind, he left his phone number and once we arrived and called him, he immediately came, showed our rooms, gave us the key and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our whole stay whenever we needed any help or advice. The sea was about at the end of the garden of the villa, the rooms were clean and comfortable, there were many restaurants and shops within 100 meters of the Villa.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Vassilis and Viktoria, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning — offering breathtaking views that we could never get tired of. The pool was a true highlight: clean, inviting, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Privacy and comfort were top-notch throughout our stay. Whether we were lounging on the terrace or enjoying a quiet evening inside, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The villa provided the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. We would absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family.     The room is very spacious and it is kept very clean, with fresh towels every two days. The location is also wonderful as it is very close to Mesongi beach and several good taverns. Supermarkets are also close. If you have a car, you have easy access to beaches on both sides of the island. What makes this booking truly wonderful is the hosts who are very kind and helped us with recommendations and tips for our trip.

    Lovely apartment, very clean. Very friendly owner and staff. Great communication and very helpful. Location is a leisurely 10 min stroll to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants so away from the noise but not too far to be an issue. The room is a good size and comfortable with air conditioning, fridge, kettle etc. as well as towels and bedding provided and changed during our stay.

    Beautiful rooms. Very clean and modern. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We’d originally booked a smaller room, but we were travelling with a lot of luggage for a wedding. Xenia kindly allowed us to upgrade to a larger room for free, which was lovely of her and unexpected.

    The location was great, a 5 min stroll from the centre of Messonghi. The place was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool area was beautiful, there were always plenty of beds, it was always quiet and relaxing. The bar staff were always helpful and accommodating. We asked for a late check out and this was no problem

    Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was as shown in the photos. Mr. Vlassis and his mother were exceptional hosts, assisting us with everything we needed, including arranging a rental car and ordering a taxi for our departure. The apartments were spotless and cleaned every two days, with fresh sheets and towels provided regularly. The location was great, just a five-minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation!

    The hostess katerina was amazingly friendly and helpful The pool was large enough and very clean. Restaurants 5 minutes distance and markets 15 minutes walking distance. Good starting point for mountain hiking. Beach 10 minutes away. Cleanliness. Quited and really relaxing location. Overall, my stay was very pleasant!!!
