Beautiful family owned and run village, everyone is incredibly nice and helpful - be it extra utilities, recommendations or just friendly chats. Perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet, plus a good location for day trips such as Lentas or Matala. Might have gained a couple of pounds, breakfast buffet, snack and dinner are just too good :)

The apartment was fantastic, clean and well equipped. We appreciated the well stocked kitchenette - a lovely touch which made us feel extremely welcome. Zaros is an awesome town with a lot to give. The people are kind and welcoming and are proud of their culture. Get involved 🤩

Extraordinary hospitality from the owners. The house was spacious, equipped with everything we needed and more. Location close to restaurants, bars and the Saturday fair in Moires. Few minutes by car to the archeological sites of Phaistos and Gortyna. Would sincerely recommend.

Vivi is probably the nicest person I have ever met, immediately treated me as one of her own and gave me great food not only in the morning but the evening as well, really have to come back there! Room are as in the Fotos, not much more to say to that

Excellent lodging. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is an ideal place to rest and cook your own food. Stela is very kind and gave us very accurate information about the lodge and made us feel at home. The local people were very hospitable and, in addition to serving us very cordially, they offered us drinks and local food. They also gave us valuable information to enjoy our visit to the island such as the location of beaches and places of interest. We are very satisfied. The people of this community are Kind and have lot of beautiful landscapes. Stela was one of the best host that we ever have We will come back :)

we liked everything; comfortable beds, great stay;very quiet location but still close enough to heaches and Knossos and Heraklion ( car an absolute must). we arrived very late at the property and we were met by a lovely host who made us feel very welcome! even though it was the middle of the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house; it’s very quiet and well equipped. everything you need for a relaxing stay. if you love being away from the crowd this is an absolute treat!
